SUBJECT : After-Activity Report on the Disposal of

Confiscated Firecrackers

2. In view of the above-cited reference, respectfully submitting to

that office the hereunder After-Activity Report on same subject as above;

At about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of 31 December 2015, PINSP

RONALD A PUSO, Officer In-Charge, and HON. ROGELIO G. DINGAL,
Punong Barangay of Poblacion Zone 1, Javier, Leyte, assisted by some
personnel of this office conducted the activity on the proper disposal of
confiscated firecrackers by this office. On said activity, subject confiscated fire
crackers were soaked up on water before they were finally buried on a pit.
Said activity ended at about 3:45 o’clock in the afternoon of same date.

3. Pictorials of the activity are hereto attached.

4. Requests acknowledgement receipt.
