Kalsalida Short Film Production Journal

This is an official performance task for the subject EAPP. Further, this performance task
will add more value to your short film production as an entry for this year’s SWU Phinma Senior
High School Film Festival: Kalsalida.
A Journal is a compilation of personal experiences (are short objective narrative-
descriptive compositions base on an event or happening, and are recorded through first hand
observation).
In this task, you will record your participation through writing a journal.
Guidelines:
1. This is an individual output. Each student must present and submit one Journal
2. The record shall consist of at least five (5) journal entries regardless of production role.
3. An entry shall consist of at least three (3) paragraphs with at least three (3) sentences each.
4. Every journal entry shall have a photo documentation. Photo documentation shall show
three (3) photos with corresponding descriptions relevant to your entry.
5. Possible Content:
a. Details e.g. time, date, place
b. Observation
c. Narrative on what happened
d. What you have learned in the process
e. Recommendations
6. Format:
a. Page size – Letter
b. Include your Kalsalida Film Fest Parental Consent. Fasten it at the front most page
of your compilation.
7. Overall format: pls refer to format on the second page
8. Compilation must be fastened (book-style) in a short folder
