A detail Testing and Commissioning procedure will be prepared and submitted for PCSB review and approval prior to execute of the Testing and Pre- Commissioning activity. 2.0 SCOPE 24 System Definition The Wellhead Control Panel is used for monitoring and control of the individual production wells within KNPG-B. It is powered by the Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) using pneumatically driven hydraulic pumps. The Wellhead Control Panel is controlled by SIS that provides the distribution and sequences logic control of the individual hydraulic circuit for the control of valve actuators, SSV and SCSSV of each well It can also be operated locally and/or remotely. The valve actuators are connected by mean of tubing coming from the Master Control of each wel To ensure the integrity of the operational and shutdown action, SIS signal are cabled from the Marshalling Cabinet to the WHCP. The wellhead control system initiates individual well shutdowns, manually or automatically in the event ESD and PSD The Wellhead Control Panel is designed for 8 slots wellhead area where it is designated as single completion gas production which consists of 12 slots for 12 flow lines. The design also accommodate 8 well control modules (WCM) each controlling one surface safety valve (SSV) and one surfaced control subsurface safety valve (SCSSV) A remote control for the opening and closing of the SCSSV and SSV cab been done from PMCS via SIS apart from its local control and the SSV/SCSSV status provided in PMCS. 2.2 Scope of Work Testing & pre-commissioning scope of work will cover functional check of the wellhead control pane! (WH.-0100 & WH-0105) by performing loop checking of all instruments that are tied to the SIS from WHCP or marshalling cabinet or vice versa and also perform simulation test Process Shutdown (PSD) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD). All the loops, logic and set point need to be verified on SIS Engineering Work Station (EWS) and PMCS graphic. The scope of work also include verify Wellhead Control Panel master Pneumatic, Master Hydraulic and individual module start-up & shutdown operation. Digital Mutimeter ii Current Injector iii, Field Communicator iv. Hand Tools Physical Inspection of the Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) i. Check/verify that all hydraulic lines have been pressured tested for leaks. ii, Check all instruments for sign of damage and trace correctness of tubing connection for the hydraulic lines, hydraulic pumps, pneumatics circuit, relief valves, etc, ii, Check/verify instrument tag nos or name plate as per vendor approved drawings. iv. Ensure that the well ties in points for all hydraulic lines coming the well control modules are capped off. v. _Vetify calibration on skid instrument item. vi. Check/Verify that all hydraulic line have been air blown and pressured test. vil. All tubing line has been leak test. Functional Test Procedure Wellhead Control Panel (WH-0100 & WH-0105) a) Test Procedure for the Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) vil Line up all valves from inlet and outlet lines of the SSV & SCSSV hydraulic pumps (SSV Duty Pumps, SSV Blackstart and Back-up pump and SCSSV Blackstart and Back-up pump) Line up hydraulic inlet lines to all modules. Ensure availabilty of instrument air supply Normalize the system by forcing shutdown signal at SIS for normal operation at Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) Run one well control modules. Locally initiate ESD and PSD pushbutton and verify effects Test maintenance bypass for SSV & SCSSV for each well through activation of the respective SSV & SCSSV offline bypass solenoid valves from SIS b) Test procedure of the Well Controls Modules and Valve Actuators. Run individually well contro! modules. Ensure other normalized modules are not affected when running other module. Observed no leaks on the system when one or modules in normal state. Initiate local shutdown from the module and HPU panel pushbutton Observed subsequent effect to valve actuators through the SCSSV and SSV front panel pressure gauge. Intfate remote shutdown and observe subsequent effect to valve actuators through the SCSSV and SSV front panel pressure gauge.
