1.) Can you describe the chicken infested with parasites?

 What are the clinical signs being observed?
 If your fowl was infected, is there any fatality or deaths recorded?
2.) Can you describe the chicken parasites you have seen?
 How many types of parasites were you able to identify?
 Where do you usually found each?
3.) What possible identified parasite or parasites found in the chicken gut?
 If there are any frequent incidence of parasitism, what is the most
common parasitic helminths can be found?
 Are they observed in big number or countable number only?
4.) What parasitic control did you employed to get rid of these parasites?
 Since when was the last time you had acted with this problem through
using parasitic control?
 Do you follow recommended ways on how to use such?
 How often do you apply parasitic control to your fowl?
 Any traditional ways or practices involved in doing such?
 Did you found the parasitic control effective and seen any signs of
efficacy?
