has been arrested in connection
with a 40-year-old woman’s death,
which has been ruled a homicide
and is under investigation by
three law enforcement agencies.
Kimberly Belk of Weir was
found early Sunday morning on
Townsend Road in the Rockhill
community north of Starkville. A
resident of the sparsely populated
area was out for a walk around 6
a.m. and found the body on the
