100m each – stride, walk, sprint, slow jog
ii. Option b – circuit training : 3x6x 30 sec
workout / 30 sec rest
Lunges, bridge, star jumps, sit ups, tai chi,
press ups.

COOLING DOWN Slow Jog 400 m 1x 5 min
