Good day Sir/Ma’am:

I am writing concerning a vacant position that is suitable to my field of profession in your

reputable agency. I have a particular interest in working to the agency and would
appreciate being considered as a candidate for employment.

I am just an ordinary individual from an ordinary family, but with extraordinary

determination in life, a morally upright & committed person. Since, the mission of
Department of Agriculture is to help and empower the farming and fishing communities
and the private sector to produce enough, accessible and affordable food for every
Filipino and a descent income for all. In line with it, I wanted to contribute and devote
my knowledge and skills to help achieve the Department of Agriculture goals &
objectives.

Furthermore, I am a product of Central Mindanao University and a registered

Agricultural and Bio-systems Engineer last year. I have nine (9) months of experience in
total. I worked at BFFI as farm supervisor for seven (7) months and a Research Assistant
to the Chairperson of Agricultural Engineering Department for two (2) months. I have
also with me the capabilities to handle different situations in dealing people and also my
reasonable knowledge in my profession. I am a computer literate that qualifies to work in
your Agency. I also believe that I can do the job efficiently and effectively through
teamwork and proper coordination.
