no.4, Replies to and it was replied that " Raw water quality is

Kindly note that just recently Chittagong WASA
has tendered a similar item rate tender where
the system was designed by the
Client/Consultant and they clearly mentioned
that Process Performance guarantee is not in
Bidder's Scope. Thus as the reply by your good
department is not clear to us kindly confirm that
Process Guarantee as specified in SECTION
10040 OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
MONITORING is not in scope of the Bidder.
Bidder's scope is only limited to collection of
samples and testing as per contract. The Bidder
will not be held accountable if the process units
performance parameters does not match with
that specified in the above section.
We once again request your good office to send
us the design raw water quality, so that the
bidder can understand based on what quality
the process units have been designed. The
system has been designed based on a design raw
water quality which has been arrived after
analysing the day to day water quality. Daily log
of water quality is not required by us. Kindly
provide the design raw water quality which shall
be of one or two pages only based on which the
process units are designed by the
Client/Consultant. Kindly provide the same.
