1. Training Request

Managers are required to request for a training to T & D Team.

T&D team receives training requests from all other departments and based on the maximum
number of priority T&D team will prepare training calendar.

So first thing is to create a training request from Manager

Follow the navigation to create training request.

Users are required to create the Talent profile of the employees.

Training Request

Click Add on Training Request – Work With Training Requisition Form

Fill the required information


Enter Course Name – Time Management,
Comment – We need training on Time Management.

Click OK to save the record

Click Find to see newly created record on Training Request – Work With Training Requisition
Form

T&D team receives notification in email. Based on all the request they will create the training
calendar. Before that, the training code must be there in ‘training code table’.
2. Training Code
To create training code follow navigation

Create objectives and Evaluation

Click on Add

Enter Competency Type – 001,


Competency Code – Infor01,
Competency Class – TECHNICAL,
Description – Informatics,
Scale – Percent,
Auto Calculate Competency – 1

Click OK to save the record

Click Find to view the records on Create Objectives and Evaluation Type – Work With
Competency Information Form.

3. Training Calendar
To create training calendar follow navigation

Click on training calendar

Click Add on Training Calendar – Work With Training Calendar Form

Enter Course Code – TIME,


Provider – MSEC,
Effective From Date – MM/DD/YYYY,
Effective Thru Date – MM/DD/YYYY,
Course Name – Time Management
Units-Round – 1
Cost - 150000,
Training Time – C
Training available – 1

Click on radio button of Training


Select the training from the Competency Code
Click OK to save the record

Once the training calendar ready, Managers are require to add their employees in the training
calendar and then it will be approved by CPO

4. Add Employee to Training

Follow same Navigation: Training calendar

Find your training


Click on your training code. From ROW menu select Add Employee
Click check box and click OK. Requisition will be send to CPO for approval

Login with CPO and follow the process of approving through work center

5. Add Employee Attendance


Follow same Navigation: Training calendar (Login with T&D)

Click Find to view your training on Training Calendar – Work With Training Calendar Form

Click on your training code. From ROW menu select Attendance

Enter Address Number of Employee – 642273,


Enter Remark – Attended,
Enter Date – MM?DD?YYYY,
Enter Hours – 3,
Enter Venue – A1 Road

Enter Line number 2 and add next days attendance

Click ok to save your record


6. Training Database

The next step is to add the training database information

Follow same navigation and Click Find on Training Calendar – Work With Training Calendar Form

Select your training and from ROW menu select Training Database

Enter Actual From and Thru Date – MM/DD/YYYY,


USD Cost – 1000,
Kyat Cost – 150000,
Pax – 1,
Region – New Region

Click OK to save the record
