1. Clearance of dues is mandatory before sitting in the Final examination.

2. Uploading of last qualification document at STEP is mandatory before sitting in the Final examination.
3. If you are not allowed to attend the exam of any paper, please do not attempt, otherwise incase of appearing
you will be referred to Academic Disciplinary Board. Incase of any discrepancy please apply at step.
4. This clearance is provisional and only for the purpose of appearing in the examinations.
5. Students will only be allowed to enter the examination on presentation of this clearance slip.
6. Examination room will be closed 15 minutes after the time of commencement of examination.
7. Identity cards must be carried and displayed by all students.
8. BORROWING OF RULERS, CALCULATORS, PENS, PENCILS AND RUBBERS ETC WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
9. If class Attendance is less than the required percentage, student will not be allowed to appear in the Final
Examination.
10. If found using unfair means the paper will be cancelled and case referred to Academic Disciplinary Board.
11. Student under no circumstances will misbehave with faculty/invigilation staff, otherwise strict disciplinary action
will be taken.
12. Student will maintain decorum at all times.
