Dynomometers: Drilling, Milling and Turning Tool Force Computerized Measuring System
Dynomometers: Drilling, Milling and Turning Tool Force Computerized Measuring System
Computerized/ Digital Milling Tool Dynamometers are designed for analyzing the forces on milling tool
while undergoing a milling operation. The Dynamometer can measure and indicate forces in lateral and
Longitudinal directions. These can be mounted on any conventional Milling machine table. A table with
“T” slot is supplied as a standard with every Milling tool Dynamometer. Component is mounted on this
table and milling operation is started. Forces exterted by Milling tool are indicated by Milling Tool
Dynamometer.
Special Features –
Easy to operate
Measures force in lateral and longitudinal direction
Digital display of forces simultaneously
Rugged design
Can be mounted on any kind of milling machine
Microprocessor based design
Waterproof

DRILLING MACHINE DYNAMOMETER
Computerized Drilling Tool Dynamometers are designed for measuring the axial force and torsional
force as experienced by a drill, while undergoing a drilling operation. The quality of our
Dynamometers meets the International Standard which is designed and developed for the first time in
India after a long R & D research by our trained engineers. Theese Dynamometers are available in
two types i.e. Uni-directional (for measuring only axial force) and bi-directional (for measuring axial
and torsional force both). These are available in different capacities from 10 kgf to 50000 kgf
(Unidirectional) and 1 kg cm to 500 kgm (Bi-directional). All instruments are with computer
interfacing card, accuracy traceable to National Standards.
UNDIRECTIONAL BI-DIRECTIONAL

Working Principal –
Turning Tool Force measuring system is most suitable for analyzing the acting force
on a lathe tool during turning operation. The system displays and indicate forces in
X, Y and Z direction on a lathe tool during turning operation. It comprises of
triaxial piezo-electric measuring sensor. Signal from the sensor are transmitted
to signal conditioner which in turn send those to communication card, which
further processed by using “LT” software. LT force measuring software to display
all of the forces with graphics on computer monitor
The other range of equipment can also be supplied, as per customer’s requirement.
