SUBJECT : BAGUIO WATER DISTRICT: SUBMISSION OF APPROVED

CORPORATE OPERATING BUDGET FOR REVIEW

1.0 This has reference to the submission1 of Baguio Water District of its approved FY
2019 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for review by this Office.

2.0 In this regard, may we request an update on the status of the draft Corporate
Budget Circular (CBC) on the submission of the COBs of Local Water Districts for
review and evaluation of DBM - Regional Offices. The said draft CBC and Budget
Execution Guidelines (BEG) were forwarded to all DBM-ROs for comments in
October 2018.

3.0 Further, may we request guidance on the procedure to be undertaken by this

Office while the said CBC and BEG are not yet finalized.
