Project Description:
Project is basically implemented with Dynamics 365(online) which
provides customer service to the Nokia users through customer portal.
The aim to implement the project was to replace existing resolve tool with efficient and
user-friendly care tool which simplifies the case handling process.
The product provides end users incident management from creating incident, providing
workaround, providing solution within the SLA defined which is based on criticality of
incident.

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Role in project is Developer/technical Consultant.
 Working on web Resources, plugins, workflows as per requirement or demand.
