Do not simply assume iPads are to be taken out at the start of class. It is important to focus on the learning objectives /starter /instructions etc. Students must wait for permission to take out iPads.
2. Connect to Apple Classroom
All students must be connected to the school system so that their activity can be seen on the Apple Classroom app. This is to ensure that iPads are being used safely and appropriately.
3. Put iPads away
During parts of lessons where iPads are not needed, they should be face down on the desk or away in bags. Concentrate on the lesson in favour of looking at the iPad.
Students who cannot follow these expectations may do work without iPads.
