    The following are the subjects for the Ensuing Bi-Monthly Meeting and
    Thiru. V. M. Sivakumar, Accountant I, HRO, RMS CB Division will attend the
    bimonthly meeting along with me.

    1. Though DPC has been completed for MACP I/II/III cases two months ago,
    the approval from RO is yet to be issued for this effect. The orders
    pertaining to MACP I/II/III should be issued immediately.
    2. No post office is preparing Mail List in CSI software in Western Region.
    This causes multitude problem in handling the bags at RMS Offices and
    dealing complaints. It should be ensured that all the post offices are
    preparing ML in SAP.
