everything that doesn’t have to do with the mission, stays focused

- At Pronovost’s job with the news, he noticed that as time kept on


changing and everything digital was becoming popular, he stepped out
of his comfort zone, spoke to his “old school” boss, and made a change
- This digital audience is now bigger than ever
- This wasn’t an original idea but he knew that the approach was
the way to go
- Learn to engage each other, talk to one another more
- We should see things happening in our community and say “here’s the
problem, what should we do about it?”
