Job Purpose:
i. Attend and actively participating food and beverage meeting the
confidentiality of issues that may be discussed formally or informally.
ii. Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, mini bar where
required and conferencing
iii. Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas tableware, utensils and
other materials and equipment used by restaurant.
iv. Co-ordinate between restaurant and other relevant departments to ensure the
preparations for conferences involving restaurant.
v. Assist in the preparation of month restaurant reports, commenting on key
performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
vi. Management and guidance of staff under your control.
vii. Prepare Weekly Forecasts for restaurant, mini bar.
viii. Any other duties assigned by manager.
ix.Establish in conjunction with the food and Beverage manger financial
performance targets for revenue, expenditure and market share and ensure
outlets achieve targets.
