u is right it will complicate construction and the PM will be annoyed when it is assigned in a few years.

Th~ pr~servation bridge project which is going out next month is Bridge 028401 (carries Rt 77 over Nannaquaket Pond)
which Is east of this location.

Attached is the locus map identifying the PAPA site and a clip from the PAPA pla/ Please be aware that the Chief
Engineer directed us to proceed with approving the application. A permanent easement is required, it's my
understanding that the Applicant and his attorney are coordinating with Property Management on this.

Bob,

It's been brought to my attention that the bridge adjacent to the subject PAPA is in the TIP under Bridge Group 44
scheduled for 2021/2022/2023/2024 improvement work {12 total bridges in Bridge Group 44) . I assume no Project
Manager has been assigned to this project yet (since it's 3 years out). The area the rain garden is proposed in would
probably be the ideal laydown area for that project. We don't see another more ideal area close by. We are ready to
send you the approval memo for the subject PAPA, but wanted to bring this to your attention before we submit it.
Please let us know your thoughts. Do you want us to proceed with this PAPA?

If to proceed, we will send you the approval memo; we are still waiting for the final drafted easement documents from
the Applicant's attorney & engineer; the final drafted easement documents, performance bond and insurance certificate
will need to be submitted to and approved by RIDOT before the permit can be issued.
