RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE SAMUEL SUMA-AL ,CITY COUNCILOR OF TABUK CITY TO

ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SCHOOL GATE OF BULANAO EAST
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, PUROK 6 HILLTOP, BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA .

Whereas, Bulanao East Elementary School is a complete elementary school catering to 447 pupils.
Whereas, the school is situated near the Kalinga Sports Complex and along the road going to
offices and residences.

Whereas, the school is often ransacked during weekends , vacations and even school days.
Whereas, the new school gate (with arch) has to be constructed for the safety of the pupils and
to free the school ground from astray animals and from robbers.

Whereas, the school has no funds for the said project.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Delbough Bummosao, the School PTA President and was
duly seconded by the body .

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED , that this body now assembled in session REQUEST
HONORABLE . SAMUEL SUMA-AL ,City Councilor of Tabuk City for the funding of construction of
new School Gate (with arch).
Unanimously carried.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the City Councilor for his
favorable action.
Adopted this 12th day of July 2019 during the First General PTA meeting held at Bulanao East
Elementary School, As per request by the ,DELBOUGH BUMMOSAO, PTA President.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE IVAN YANNICK S. BAGAYAO , CITY COUNCILOR OF

TABUK CITY TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF WATER TANK OF
BULANAO EAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, PUROK 6 HILLTOP, BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA .

Whereas, water is a basic and universal need for humanity and every human needs it.
Whereas, the existing water tank of the school is too small to supply enough water for all the
grades.
Whereas, the school needs a bigger water tank and such is needed for water storage to supply all
the classrooms for the whole day.

Whereas, the school has no funds for the said project.

Now therefore, on motion of all, duly seconded,

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, THAT THIS BODY NOW ASSEMBLED IN SESSION,

REQUEST THE HONORABLE IVAN YANNICK S. BAGAYAO, CITY COUNCILOR OF TABUK CITY TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A BIGGER WATER TANK FOR
BULANAO EAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of City Councilor
IVAN YANNICK S. BAGAYAO, City of Tabuk for his information and for favorable action.

Resolution adopted by the parents teachers association officers and members of BULANAO EAST
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, requesting honorable ________________ ,City Councilor of TABUK CITY to
allocate funds for the replacement of Water Tank of Bulanao East Elementary School, Purok 6 Hilltop,
Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga .

Whereas, the PTA officers have noticed that the water tank of the school is small to supply enough
water for all the grades
Whereas, the said school gate is being opened anytime by outsiders even during weekends and
vacation.
Whereas, the replacement of the school gate shall protect the school from robbers and outsiders during
weekends and vacations.
Whereas, the school has no funds for the said project.

Whereas, the body in session respectfully request city Councilor ____________ for fund assistance.

Now therefore, on motion duly seconded, be it resolved, as it is hereby done by the body in session
,assembled to forward this resolution to Honorable _______________________for his favorable action to this
urgent request.

Resolved further to transmit copies of this resolution to the office of city councilor __________
for his approval through the endorsement of the Barangay Captain , Honorable Cosme Gonnawa Sr.
