Northwest Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Deadline Approaches

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (Sept. 24, 2019) — The Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest
Arkansas will like to remind everyone that the deadline to apply for a traditional scholarship for
the Spring semester is October 15th.
The traditional scholarship is for students who are pursuing an associate degree, bachelor’s
degree, Master of Arts in teachings (M.A.T), part of a diploma program and licensure in
cosmetology or massage therapy. To be qualified for a traditional scholarship you must attend
one of the approved institutions. A breakdown of those institutions can be found online at
www.spsfnwa.org/scholorships.
Recipients of the traditional scholarship can receive $2,000 per semester if they are full time
and $1,000 per semester if you are part-time. To apply for the traditional scholarship, please
