    DEATH CASE PROCESS FLOW

    Death case intimation received from Field by Branch.

    Visit of ABM or above to the field for death case confirmation within 12 hr. of death intimation.

    Death Case intimation from branch to HO (Call Debendra, 9078088631) within 24 hr of death case

    Generate Token No. (Branch Code/ (M or H)/ Day/ Month/ Year/ Sl. No.) at HO by Debendra and
    provide it to Branch within 1 hr. ,after received final mail or call confirmation from BM/ABM.

    Death Case Documents to be submitted within 45 days at HO from field.

    Documents will be submitted at Insurance Company after verified by Devendra . Incorrect


    document will be returned to field for necessary correction.

    Final Settlement will be done post received final settlement approval from insurance company
    .Field will have to communicate to respective beneficiary once received final settlement approval
    from insurance company .
