    Security Advisory

    Recent input indicates that Anti Government Elements (AGEs) may


    target Indian interests and facilities located in Wazir Akbar Khan areas in
    Kabul city.

    2. All Indian citizens are advised to be cautious in the coming days in


    their movements, timings and patterns as well as when they are at residences.
    It is also advised to avoid visiting public places like markets, hotels and malls.
    Awareness of the prevailing security scenario via local visual/print media as
    well as through interaction with fellow colleagues is also suggested.

    3. This advisory is being issued only to make addressees cautious of the


    threats being perceived so far. There is no need for panic, indiscretion or
    over-reaction.
