Ability to constructively participate in a meeting

In our group, it consisted of four members inclusive two gents and two ladies. Our main task is to come
up with working effectively with others, therefore we emphasized to do the project on best.

While doing the project in the meetings, the main problem, which we had to face was the language
barriers. As our group consisted of members from different ethnicities who speech deferent languages as
their mother tongue. Hence, we had to speech and work on English, but again, in sometimes the difficult
and heavy words become a problem. Specially the vocabulary.

Since we had to face the language barrier, we choose to work hard while improving the vocabulary, we
often used the online dictionary and speak as sample as possible. Also, each of us shared the vocabulary
in order to make it more convenient and effective. In addition, we choose to work as independent as
possible, by that we tried to avoid the language conflicts. Moreover, we engaged in more visualize
images, drafts and diagrams, through that we all understood the terms well rather than discussing. We
all timed our best to communicate through online massages and vides calls, there for we could avoid the
language difficulty as more as possible. Through all these methods, we developed the English vocabulary
and the working projects in effect we way.

After the incident got clarified, we became more collaborative and active. Not only the working project,
but also the English vocabulary in high. We also developed our information technology with the
competency at using the technological devices.

Handling giving and receiving feedback

As our group was a collaboration of set of four members who hold different opinions and different mind
sets. Since there were couple of members who stick only in to their own ideas.

As two of our group members were sticking on to only their own ideas, it was a big conflict to finalize the
decisions. Still these two members kept beavering the same way, the other people also started
complaining and avoiding works.as every one skipped works and lost the cooperation, we faced a bid
problem of delaying the project and sticking in to the deadline. Hence, we had to look for other
alternatives. As the same problem kept arising further, it was a barrier for arranging the meetings as
well. Not only the arrangements, it was a big issue for us to cope up. After words, the language also a
problem as to make problems and denote the reasons for force.

Since we had such conflicts of finalizing the ideas. We had to think of way to resolve the problem.
Therefore I chose to practice the political mode. By others, we collected every one’s opinions and elected
to choose the best out of it by voting and deep discussions. Fortunately everyone agreed.as a result we
all discussed well and elected. Moreover, we collectively looked exam for the alternative options such as
researching through other people who are experienced on the real industry and also through web
journals.

As we chose the political mode, we are became more professional and enthusiastic. Also, we are became
more ethical and learn to respect other’s ideas. As democracy was our theme, our group members
henceforth started becoming more cooperative and knowledgeable. Not only that, but also it improved
the competency of using technological devices.
