DOCUMENTATION
LEARNING
During our activity, we had experienced struggles including the time pressure, and the amount of
food that we must cooked. On the other hand, we came up with this dish through looking at the
nutritional content of our ingredients. Through looking at the food labels, it helped us to limit the
amount of fat, sugar and cholesterol in our diet by making it easy for us to compare one food
item with another and choose the one with lower amounts. Conversely, we chose the right
ingredients to find food items higher in vitamins, fiber and protein. To sum up our activity, we
enjoyed cooking and also we were glad that most of them liked it.
