Ingredients: Procedure:

1 kg. Chicken 1. Combine all ingredients together and mix


well.
1 Cup Brown Sugar 2. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 3. Scoop 1-2 tbsp. of mixture and roll it like a
log
4 tsp. Fine Salt and wrap it with a cling film.
3 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce 4. Pace all the longaniza in the freezer for
24hours prior to cooking.
2 Tbsp. Vinegar 5. Heat up a pan with oil, fry the skinless
½ Tbsp. Paprika longaniza on a medium heat for at least
1 Tsp. Chili Powder 3-4 min. on each side.
1-2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic 6. Best serve with fried rice and fried egg.
