The target place of the business which the product can be sold and distributed is in the
different provinces of Region 2. It can be sold and distributed in the province of Nueva Vizcaya,
Quirino, Batanes, Isabela, and Cagayan. The strategy of the organization in promoting the
product is to establish branches in the different provinces of Region 2. In the province of Nueva
Vizcaya, the business is located at Magsaysay, Bayombong. In Quirino, the business is located at

Every branches of the “CASSAVA TWIST” business, we have 1 assistant manager who
is responsible for monitoring the day to day tasks in the business. We also have 3 proffessional
cooks, 1 cashier, 2 delivery boy, 1 janitor and another 3 staffs who are assigned inside the
operation of the business, such as food servers, packagers, and other tasks.

The business also have 2 online managers for every branch who will be assigned in the
online management where they are responsible in entertaining customers via online using our
facebook page and website. Only the main office who has 2 book keepers/financial assistant.
The target market of the business is people and or customers in the different province of
Region 2. The product will be distributed to the customers at all age who lived in the province of
Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Cagayan and Batanes. It is also an advantage to the business
