Budget Proposal for GSP and BSP S.Y. 2019-2020

Rationale

Scouting is one of the extracurricular activities where teachers in public schools are actively
engaged in. Hence, September is the month for the scouting celebration. A celebration that involves
varied activities for the students to perform to develop their skills and abilities.

Sr. National High School conducts its school based GSP Encampment this September 19-20,
with the theme.

The following are the budget proposed for the meals of teachers and DRRM member to
facilitate in the said activity.

Objectives

 To develop talents, skills and potentials of the young Indigenous people in enhancing their
skills.
 Promote the scouting movement among the pupils
 Increase GSP awareness and membership.

Funding and Budget proposal

There will be five DRRM members to facilitate the said activity and 13 teachers to be with the
students. There will be nine meals and 3 snacks to be served for 4 days activity.

The School will take charge for all expenses and other financial needs of the said activity.

 P600/meal and there will be 7 meals, P5,400.00 in total for 4 days

 P200/snacks and there will be 3 snacks, P600.00 in total for 4 days
