VALUE INCENTIVE PLAN (VIP)

CHANGE PRIMARY ADMIN

Step by Step Guide

The current VIP primary admin now has the ability to reassign the primary admin themselves within the
Admin Console.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Admin Console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/team


2. Navigate to the Administrators tab

3. Click on Add Administrator on top if the new admin isn't added


4. The new admin will receive an email to accept the primary admin invitation, which will take
them to the VIP terms and conditions. Please have new admin accept the invitation.

5. Select Change next to the current primary admin’s name (sign in with current primary admin's
email to change the admin)
6. Select the admin you’d like to grant primary administrator rights

7. Click Change
