COMFORT ROOM IN SCHOOL (WITH COMPLETE EQUIPMENT)

INTRODUCTION
The cleanliness of an educational facility’s restrooms has a major effect on how the institution is
perceived. As a student, we all know that a lot of us are not used to dirty comfort rooms in schools. Comfort
room is one of the most important parts of the school. It is important to us, students as we use it in our everyday
lives. Not all the schools have a clean comfort rooms with complete equipment. So, I hereby to implement a
project that can help to improve their proper hygiene, To create such project needs a better and acceptable
reasons for it to work out comfort room with lockers would be an essential and convenient place for
hardworking students. Comfort rooms are installed with “High-tech” toilets include features such as: automatic-
flushing mechanisms that flush a toilet or urinal when finished; “water jets” or “bottom washers” like bidet;
blow dryers artificial flush sounds to mask noises; and urine and stool analysis for medical monitoring. Lockers
were also presented for the privacy of students. This project would help every students to do their crafts better.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this report is to propose the renovation of the comfort rooms in the school. This
renovation will provide the students comfort rooms where they can experience convenience and indeed,
comfort. Its motive is to promote health and personal hygiene awareness among the students.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Having a new upgrade Comfort room with Lockers can give great help to every student in our school.
They can easily use a toilet with flush and they things can be safe and secure with the help of lockers. An
effective school facility is responsive to the changing programs of educational delivery, and at a minimum
should provide a physical environment that is comfortable, safe, secure, accessible, well illuminated, well
ventilated, and aesthetically pleasing. The school facility consists of not only the physical structure and the
variety of building systems, such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical and power, telecommunications, security,
and fire suppression systems. The facility also includes furnishings, materials and supplies, equipment and
information technology.

OBJECTIVE (SMART)
 To give convenience to the students by giving a better facility
 To make use of the paid tuition fees and see that the money that they are paying not only goes to the
renovation of classroom and campus, but also for a safe and comfortable restrooms.
 To give more privacy for the male students and to give female students more convenience by installing
tissue and sanitary napkin vendo machines on all ladies comfort rooms.
METHODOLOGY / PROJECT DESIGN

PROJECT NEEDS
In building this project, materials and equipment is needed. 50 bags of cement, 150 pcs of hallow
blocks, 15 pcs of long steel, 50 pcs of a roof, 2 doors and all other materials that needed inside the comfort
room.

TIME TABLE
If this project will be approved, it will build as soon as possible. By 4 months and 15 days it will be done
and ready to use.
