Subject

Data Center is intended to secure safe, uninterrupted and controllable operation of IT hardware.
It should meet Uptime Institute LLC Tier Topology TIER III safety criteria.
Data Center infrastructure should ensure:
- Appropriate conditions for technical maintenance of information, including protecting IT
hardware and informational assets from external electromagnetic exposure
- Appropriate climate conditions for IT hardware operation
- Uninterrupted operation of IT hardware during the defined period in case of failure of
main and back-up power sources
- Physical safety of IT hardware and information, including fire protection
- Protection of information from unauthorized access
- Appropriate physical conditions for data transfer and external access for Data Center
- Possibilities to control and manage key indicators in terms of status control of Data
Center
- Adequate seismic resistance (magnitude 9 MSK-64)
- Possibility to scale up existing hardware and capacities without stoppage
Physical dimensions of Data Center and estimated capacities of hardware to be installed and
other terms are defined in Annex 1.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF SERVER ROOM

7. It must be possible to scale up the hardware and devices by adding more modules or devices

8. It must be possible at all times to replace any module, component or device within the server
room without stoppage of operation of other hardware.

2. GUARANTEE

1. A 3-year guarantee must be provided for all used materials, parts and works.
2. If any part or device fails or breaks down during the guarantee period, such part or device
must be repaired or replaced within not more than 10 business days.
3. It must be possible after expiry of guarantee period to execute a service agreement with the
vendor to ensure continued support and maintenance of the Data Center.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. Certificates of origin must be provided for all used materials, devices and parts.
2. Server room devices and parts must be manufactured by EU or USA-based companies.
3. The vendor must ensure guarantee and post-guarantee service for supplied devices through
its customer support center or partnering specialized service provider in Armenia.
