Course Project – Modules 1 & 2

OBJECTIVE
OBJETIVO

On completion of the activity, the student is able to analyze and formulate the HR strategy
of a firm.

INSTRUCTIONS
Part I: Summary
 Develop a practical insight into the human resource management process of a real
corporation, by applying the concepts and tools of the course.

Part II: Project dynamics


1. The project is developed throughout the course, from session 2 until session 12.
2. Work on the modules of the project week by week:
 First delivery: a partial report of the project up to Module 4 is due on Week 4.
 Second delivery: a partial report of the project up to Module 10 is due on Week 10.
 Final delivery: a consolidated file with all of the partial reports up to Module 12

Delivery of the report of Modules 1 & 2 is due on week 2, on Saturday until 23:00 hrs.

PRESENTATION TEMPLATE

 Utilize a word processor for this activity


 Utilize font Times New Roman size 12, single space, and justified
 Sources of information must be no more than 10 years old, and citations and references must
follow APA rules
