Sir,

Your administration established a good name to your clients and is known of rendering
assistance and support to the needy. In fact, it is apparent that your administration is one of the
productive and of best quality in terms of different attributes in education. Part and partial of
these attributes were having sufficient school facilities such as conducive classrooms, and
sufficient number of armed chairs to the number of students, and the like.

In connection, we humbly request from your good office to spare us a number of an excess
armed chairs in any of your institution under your supervision which will be of great help to
address our primary problem of having inadequate number of armed chairs to the number of
students this school year. In addition to this, we are looking forward to the enrollees for the
upcoming school year of the chairs that they are going to use.
