活动： 四年级：
1 学生把手放在胸口，叙述呼气和吸气时，胸腔的起伏
教师播放短片，引导学生说出人类吸气和呼气时，空气的运输过程
2.引导学生计算和比较三个活动的呼吸率，并回答问题。
（活动：步行 2 分钟，慢跑 2 分钟，跳绳 2 分钟）
3.学生分组绘出吸气和呼气时，空气的运输过程，并加以说明。
五年级：
1 教师播放短片，学生说出动物如何保护自己
2 学生根据短片，列出动物外形特征自卫的方法及例子
学生讨论，根据动物的特殊本能，分类动物的自卫方法。
3 学生分组以思维图分类动物的外形特征及特殊本能。
4 巩固练习：学生完成练习
5.学生概述今日所学。
