    JUSTIFICATION

    This is in reference to a contract of service entered into by the Aguedo Delos Santos Anto- owner of
    Mish Audio and Lights Rental of Maningcol, Ozamiz City (First Party) and Bonifacio National High School
    represent by Sheyla Jay S. Pancho ( Second Party).

    The said contract of service had caused the second party to pay P15,000.00 unto the first party of
    which the latter could not yet issue
