If you feel tired, you should…

Go to check-up and if you are ok and you shouldn't take any medicine, then
should maybe change your form of the eat and change for healthy food besides
make to exercise at least 1 hour at everyday.

And you shouldn’t…

Take drink with sugar like soda pop, you have to take to much water because
that will make you brain keep hydrated and with energy. Besides you shouldn't
sleep more than 10 hours a day, so you mustn't eat right before bed .

I have fever
and a terrible
headache.

If you have fever and headache, you should…

Take a check-up and if you fever pass the 39.4°C or higher you should take a
dose of medicine or an injection. You must take much water thus the headache
will go down because your brain is hydrate.

And you shouldn’t…

Go somewhere, because to improve to reduce the fever have to keep an

absolute rest and you mustn't use any overcoat or any garment that produces
very hot.

I have a sore
throat.

If you have a sore throat, you must…

Go to check-up and you must take a dose of medicine like a pain-killer. As well,
you should make to gargle with water warm of the water with salt because this
relieve the ache and you must take much water for your keep very hydrated.

And you shouldn’t…

Avoid consume caffeine and alcohol, because it can produce dehydration.
