CAR LEASE AGREEMENT

This Car Lease Agreement sets out the terms and conditions upon which
MARTHA DIAZ being a bona fide individual and having its registered address
at 24th floor Unit 6, Sunrise Residences, Legazpi Village, Makati City shall lease
a Vehicle particularly Suzuki Alto Base Model with License Plate No. AAA1234
and has a market value of 700,000php to JUAN CARLOS, being a bona fide
Filipino having its registered address at 24th flr Unit 8, Sunrise Residences,
Legazpi Village, Makati City.

WHEREAS: The Lessor (MARTHA DIAZ) is the registered owner of the Vehicle.

WHEREAS: The Lessor is desirous of leasing the Vehicle to the Lessee on such
terms as are set out in this Car Lease Agreement and The Lessee for his part
is desirous of leasing the Vehicle from the Lessor on said terms.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

1.1 “Purpose” shall mean the car that is described in clause 3.1

1.2 “Date of Collection” shall mean the date set out in clause 3.2.

1.3 “Lease Rates” shall mean the Rates set out in Clause 3.3.

1.4 “Period” shall mean the duration as set out in clause 3.4

1.13 The terms of this Car Lease Agreement shall be deemed to be binding on
both Parties based on their respective conduct notwithstanding any error or
defect in the execution of this Car Lease Agreement.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR It is agreed that the Lessor shall make

the Vehicle available to the Lessee for the duration of this Car Lease
Agreement to be collected on the Date of Collection.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE It is agreed that the Lessee shall make use
of the Vehicle during the operation of this Car Lease Agreement in accordance
with terms of this Car Lease Agreement

3. TERMS

3.1 purpose - Suzuki Alto Base Model with License Plate No.
AAA1234 which shall be used for food delivery services

3.2 Date of collection- every 28th of the month for the period of 2 years
commencing on October 12, 2017

3.3 rate - that the monthly rate shall be for 8,000.00php

3.4 period – shall be for 2 years from 12 October 2017 to 11 October

2019, unless

3.4.1 – the vehicle shall be seen with pertinent physical

damages;

3.4.2 – the lessee becomes the delinquent in paying

monthly rates.

This Car Lease Agreement is made under the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws
of the Philippines
