Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate (Only Women) should be passionate for their profession and have great knowledge for
all things marketing. They can balance a practical mindset with a creative business acumen and
lead people through complex marketing operations.

We are looking for an dynamic women to oversee marketing operations of the company and develop
Brand & Certified Trainer search at Hyderabad in lieu with business model & vison.
 Proven experience, Demonstrable experience in developing efficient communication and partnerships
(branding, product promotion etc.)
 Solid understanding of market research, search methods, Commission / volunteering compensation
concept
 Proficient in MS- Office , PowerPoint presentations (Preferred MS -VISIO)
 Creative and analytical capabilities, Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and
interpersonal abilities
 Any graduate with excellent English communication skills
 Recruiting Trainers , Sales & Strategic Marketing Experience would be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications etc.), and ensure
they project the company’s unique “voice”

· Search Create a solid network of strategic partnerships with Certified Trainers (WOMEN)
