The bid document can’ be seen on https:/rajexcise.gov.in and hittp://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in also. Bid are to be submitted online in electronic format on website hitp:/eproc.rajasthan.gov.in, Bidders who wish to participate in this bid will have to register on http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in (bidders registered on http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in before 30-09-2011 need to register again) to participate in online bid. Bidders will have to procure Digital Signature Certificate (Type I or Type Ill) as. per Information Technology Act-2000 using which they can sign their electronic bids. Bidders can procure the same from any CCA approved certifying agency i.e. TCS, Safe crypt, Neode ete. or they may contact e-Procurement Cell, Department of IT&C, Government of Rajasthan for further assistance. RSBCL intends to hire Godown for a period of three years. Approximate required area at places are mentioned at Bid notice in Bid document. E-Bid under two bid system (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) are invited from godown owners for storing IMFL and BEER. The Bid Document can be download from the RSBCL site htips://rajexcise.gov.in and http://sppp-rajasthan.gov.in and a DD of Rs. 500 should be enclosed with the submission of bid offer, Processing Fee Rs. 500/- should be remitted though Bank Cheque/DD payable in favour of MD RISL payable at jaipur. ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION (i) The godown owners who owns godown in their personal capacity or in company’s name or parinership firm can apply. Godown on sublease basis will not be allowed. The documentary evidence for the ownership of the godown should be enclosed along with the technical bid. (@) Only those offers will be considered for opening of financial bids whose carpet area are equivalent to that which is indicated in bid document or the Godown owner who furnishes the undertaking that he will provide the said constructed carpet area within 4 months of the work order issued. One month period (up to 5 month) will be increased with mutual ‘consent on prior request by godown owner. After 5 month Rs. 1000 /- per day penalty will be levied up to next 30 days. If Godown owner fails to provide constructed carpet area within six month, work order of godown shall be rejected and Bid Security/Performance Security shall be forfeited as per rules.
