Add CARBOL FUCHSIN ( R1) into surface of slides, with a Bunsen burner, heat the smear gently until steaming 3 times (do not boilling) wait for 5 minutes
Wash with running water
Decolorize slide with ACID ALCOHOL (R2) until no more
colour appear in the washing (15-30 second)
Wash with running water
Add METHYLENE BLUE (R3) into surface of slides, wait
