A Business Performance for King/Queen’s Coffee Shop

Executive Summary

King/Queen’s coffee shop is determined to become a daily necessity for local


coffee addicts, a place to dream of as you try to escape the daily stresses of life
and just a comfortable place to meet your friends or to read a book, all in one.
With the growing demand for high-quality gourmet coffee and great service, our
will capitalize on its proximity to the Tagaytay Sky Ranch campus to build a core
group of repeat customers. King/Queen’s Coffee shop will offer its customers the
best prepared coffee in the area that will be complimented with pastries, as well
as free books that its patrons can read to enjoy their visit.
Background and History

Englishmen would sit in a coffee house all day and only pay a penny for
admittance. Renalyn and Renzie are always going out and have are eat in a
different restaurant and shop. They are a sisters who always have a food trip.
Especially desserts and coffee for several years. Until one day Ronnel realize
that they spend too much money. So she think about how can they saved
money, even if they eat in restaurant or shop. Renalyn offer her, why not they
start and build a shop that have different desserts or foods that attract couple,
like them.
There’s no problem because Ronnel is a chef. And her major is pastries
and different sweets. After they plan for about 8 months. They build and
start in Tagaytay year 2015. They decide there to build because the
weather is good that it fit our products. The place is attractive to the
people, especially couples. After years our shop upgrade. Also our menu.
We pursue to bake more delicious pastries and desserts. That’s why our
customer gain more and always eat there. As coffee became more widely
used and known, there arose many new inventions pertaining to the
process of brewing coffee. That it helps so big in our business.

Name: Renalyn D. Delos Reyes

Positon/main responsibilities: Owner/general manager

Academic/Professional qualification: I am a business woman. I


finished my college in Batangas State University. An additional
manager will assist in maintaining and reviewing operations of the
restaurant and the entertainment venue/bar. I was responsible for
special event planning and catering, particularly related to student
centered events. I spent the past decade devoting her skills and
experience to manage business.
Name: Renzie mae D. Delos Reyes

Positon/main responsibilities: Manager

Academic/Professional qualification: handles a number of


functions such as monitoring our booklet inventory and
coordinating menus and money stuff. He graduated at the course
of Accounting. Smart in mathematics and all about computing.
Name: Jhonly Gan

Positon/main responsibilities: Part-time personnel will be hired to


handle bartending, serving, and dishwashing functions.

Academic/Professional qualification: Graduated in STI Novaliches


Quezon City. Taking course HRM. He try a new experience like
this. So his experience will grow more.
Name: Katherine B. Bailosis

Positon/main responsibilities: Assistant

Academic/Professional qualification: currently a food and


beverage supervisor for the hotel, received her start in the hotel
and restaurant business in Manila. At the Mar Hotel, she was
responsible for the sales and marketing of a five-star
establishment. She maintained extensive contact with corporate
clients. She help me as Owners assistant. Because she is my best
friend.
Name: Jenifer M. Magallano

Position/main responsibilities: Cashier


Academic/Professional qualification: a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Lanting College.
She also smart in Mathematics. That’s why she want to be our
cashier. She is one of my close friends in high school.

Renzie ,Ronnel and Renalyn will carry a variety of quality


products that will enable us to provide full service. So our
customer will never egret. We provide a first class product of
quality hot and cold beverage related supplies, including whole
bean or ground coffee. That it fit in weather. Flavor syrups, teas,
fruit smoothies, bubble teas, concentrated milk, and the most
important fresh baked goods and assorted paper supplies. Our
underlying philosophy in selecting products is to choose lines that
will bring consistent quality, competitive prices, and product
satisfaction to our customer. We have personally researched and

product is not currently available in our market by any
other suppliers.

 Primary is that we are a new business competing largely


against established suppliers. To significantly build sales, we
must not just find new customers - we must take customers
away from existing suppliers. However by offering a
superior selection of supplies, new groundbreaking products
to the market, and focusing on high-quality service and full
service delivery, we feel will can quickly establish accounts
and build strong relationships.
