Dear school administrator,

I would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to consider me as a potential team
member at your school. My name is Seth Weidenbach and I was born and raised in Canistota, South
Dakota. I would like to introduce myself as a senior level education student at Thee Dakota State
University. I will be graduating form DSU in December of 2020 with a degree in Elementary and Special
education. Upon my collegiate graduation I will also obtain minors in Educational Technology and K-12
Reading methods with a coaching endorsement. I am open to the opportunity of teaching in a a lot of
different variety of classrooms and grade levels.

As a teacher, I believe it intel’s more than just educating students, but to prepare them for the
world outside of school and helping them to become responsible members of society. I will also strive to
teach them to be successful in whatever way the define that some of the building blocks are being
accountable for themselves and their actions, working hard and never giving up, and making sure they
know it’s a process not a straight line. I also strive to get positive rapport with students and making sure
they have a safe and healthy learning environment. I believe technology is one the best tools available
to teacher. When implemented correctly technology can have students not only know the content but
understand the content and will help them remember the content as well. My goal as a teacher is to
make a difference in every student’s life that steps through the classroom doors. I will use these things
and many more to create a safe classroom environment.

school. I am excited to bring my passion and creativity into a classroom of my own someday. As a
