v GENERAL INSPECTIONS / CHECKS OF PANEL :-

1 Check for Firm Panel Earthing provided on both side panels with earth grid. OK
2 Check for tightening of all Horizontal, Vertical & Control Bus bars. -
3 Check for tightening Main bus bars at ACB / MCCB /FSU/VFD terminals. OK
4 Check for all CT Secondary circuits against any open Circuits. OK
4 Check for tightening of Power Wire & Control Circuits of all feeder components. OK
5 Check for correct volt. Terminations of CT/PT at all KWH /MFM /Relays. (if any). OK
6 Check for rated control voltage supply availability as per Drawing. OK
7 Check for correct rated Aux voltage on Relays/KWH Meters /Control equipment OK
8 Ensure correct ratings of fuses are provided in control / Power circuit. OK
9 Ensure all Inter-Panel / Marshaling wiring as per Drawing for all feeders. OK
10 Ensure removal of all Control fuses / future interlocks link before charging. OK
11 Ensure feeder door is in closed condition before first charging of VFD Panel. OK
12 Check for any Transport / erection damages if any. (List all damaged items) -
13 Ensure for proper cleaning of panel internally before Charging of Panel. OK

v IR TEST FOR PANEL / MOTOR CABLE ( WITHOUT VFD) :-

v FUNCTIONAL TESTS AFTER CHARGING :-

1 Keep Drive for Slow Firing with DC Source for 8 Hours to avoid IGBT Failure. NO
2 Switch on Main Voltage correctly and keep drive for idle charging for 4 Hours. OK
3 Enter Correct Motor data in 99 groups before proceeding of ID Run. OK
4 Switch drive in Local mode & Do the ID Run for drive. -
5 Take No-Load trial for Motor in De-coupled & Record all data as below. OK
6 Check for On / Of / Raise / Lower operations of VFD in Panel / LCS / DCS) OK
7 Check all DI / DO / AI/AO (4-20 mA) Signals for DCS system as per Drawing. OK
8 Check for Standby / Bypass logic as per Drawing if Any. -

v REMARKS IF ANY :- As no availability of variac and client taken responsibility of that drive that’s
why drive is not slow fired . And trail done from local and LPBS. DCS trial is not Done.
