    Effective 23 February 2015, only the following bonding/ surety


    companies accredited pursuant to NLRC En Bane Resolution No. 03-
    13, s. 2013, shall be allowed to issue surety bonds relative to appeals
    filed before the Commission:

    1. Intra Strata Assurance Company


    2. Malayan Insurance Company Inc.
    3. Mapfre Insular Insurance Corporation
    4. Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp.
    5. Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation
    6. Pioneer Intercontinental Insurance Corp.
    7. Visayan Surety & Insurance Corporation
