Gone to the court for several hearings with my lawyer .

 Got familiar with the court and it's proceedings

 Lot of cases being heard and the court room becoming conjusted due to for coming
vacations
 Attended hearing of the murder case
 Went to Tis Hazari district court

Week 2 :

Learnt something new

 Gone through the charge sheet and FIR of the murder case
 Went to Saket court for bail application
 Election day in High Court
 Went to CBI court in Rous Avenue Court

Week 3 :

Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and Mediation

 Went to mediation cell in Saket Court at V.K Khanna's office

 Meeting with a client regarding dishonour of cheque
 Filed recovery suit against S.K Traders
 Went to mediation cell for redressal of the above suit

Week 4 :

Research Work

 Read the file of murder case

 Understood what is rukka and tehrir u/s 161 of Crpc
 Gone through the witness statements
 Learnt how to research on Manupatra
 Prepared diffrences between witness statements in section 161 and examination in chief
