Job Description:

 Support routine and non-routine checks in accordance with the customer

maintenance program.
 Determines defects, unsatisfactory and unsafe condition present in aircraft and
diagnose causes to pinpoint areas or systems where corrective actions are
necessary.
 Support modification instructions and alteration issued by engineering to satisfy
manufacturer, customer and government regulatory specifications
 Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost effective manner in order to
help maximize the utilization of the company’s resources of manpower,
materials, equipment and facilities.
 Sign off work accomplishment on all maintenance documents and accomplishes
other forms of paper works, which may be necessary in the performance of my
duties.
 Maintains a clean and neat working area at all times.
 Performs related duties as may be assigned by his superiors.
 Complies with the established safety rules and regulations.

Aircraft Worked On:

Airbus A320, Cessna 172s, BaE-146, Boeing 737-200

 Removal/ Installation of access panels on wings and stabilizers for accessibility
and inspection
 Removal/ installation of flap track fixed/movable fairings for accessibility
and inspection
  Performs servicing on Flap and Slat PCU
 Performs lubrication on mechanical components and linkage of Aileron,
Elevator, Rudders, Spoilers, Flaps and Slats.
 Performs general visual inspections and detailed inspections on finding
remarks
 Replacement of worn-out/damaged aerodynamic seals.
 Performs non-routine remarks like replacement of damaged bonding
wires, leaked Kevlar hoses and replacement of packing.
 Generates non-routine cards and performs withdrawal of damaged or
needed parts using Illustrated Parts Catalogue.

RELEVANT SKILLS:

 Familiar with the use of different ground equipment such as scissor type man
lifts, overhead crane, and Genie booms.
 Familiar with the use of Aircraft Maintenance Manual and Illustrated
Parts Catalogue
 Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
