Q.2 Analyze the problems this process creates for the company?

The most important problem for agriculture chemical corporation is the

production process is very slow . It takes long time for production and this
corporation produces different types of products and every product has its
separate demand . It takes the 17 days to complete the process which is to long.

The company collects the last month last month data and according
to its forecast the demand .the customers of the company is not satisfy with the
product then he can ask for replacement but company charge more on it and
main reason is the company has return manual entry and validating the data. Due
to the manual process it taks a longer time . This is all problems the process
creates for the company.

Q.3 How could the enterprise system solve these problems? In what ways could it
lower costs? Diagram what the production planning process might look like if
company implemented enterprise software.

The company can solve the problem by proper planning and improves the
department wise production and by using the software system in a minimum
time entering and validating data .It consume less time than manual system. The
cost can be minimized by preparing proper reports

The proper planning is most important and it will save the time and every
department helps to improve production .the most important is proper co-
ordination between departments will helps to achieve the goal of an organization.
