Present Privacy Comic to class to display knowledge of content and consequences of
oversharing
Resources:
Students will have background knowledge of privacy rules and general understanding of
sharing personal information with other people. Students will be able to access a shared
NearPod lesson, and successfully go through the slides.
Procedure:
Teacher will discuss forms of media and social media sharing with students at board.
Students will brainstorm ways to share videos with others (friends / everyone). Once you
post something, where does it go? Can you delete it? Can you get it back?
Model accessing NearPod slideshow at board, showing the materials they will be
working on during their individual computer time.
Students will work independently to complete all tasks in their NearPod slideshow.
Assessment:
