How to conduct School Assembly

1. First bell will ring at assembly time.

2. All students will move to their respective classes.
3. Class teacher will lead his/her line from the class to assembly area.
4. Students will line up one by one from their seats to the corridor wall of
their classroom.
5. The teacher will decide line structure height wise.
6. Student should be trained to walk smartly, quietly & maintaining straight
posture.
7. Principle will open the assembly then.
8. Class whose presentation is must stand close to plate form.
9. Make the students head down & make their hands join. Recitation of
Holy Quran with translation in Urdu.
10. Naat.
11. Prayer.
12. National Anthem.
National Anthem rules:
 Must be sung with spirit.
 Loud & harmonized.
 With correct accent.
 Student must stand straight.
 Heels joined.
 Eyes straight.
 Mike & music for National Anthem must be arranged well before
assembly time.
13. Now say any good thought with explanation which can inspire others.

15. Announcement by principle (if any)
16. Classes will move to their respective classrooms.
