PISCO SOUR

INGREDIENTS
3 oz the pisco

1 oz the lemon juice

1 egg White

1 oz the rubber syrup

4 ice cubes

Bitters of angostura to taste

PREPARATION
First add to the blender or shaker the pisco, lemon juice, egg white, the
rubber syrup and ice cubes.

Them we let liquefy for8 to 10 second.

Next we serve in to the glass.

Finally decorate with Bitters of angostura to taste and enjoy.
