BHANDARA NOTICE/PROGRAMME (October – 2019)

The Bhandara of Param Guru Maharaj Sahab will be celebrated in and outside
Dayalbagh in various Branches in India and abroad on Sunday the 20th October, 2019 at
12.30 p.m. Bhandara week will be celebrated in Dayalbagh from 18.10.2019 to
22.10.2019. Persons desirous of being initiated should submit their application with the
recommendation of Branch Secretary/Centre Incharge, at least one month in advance.

a. Jigyasus desirous of receiving Updesh can be permitted to stay longer with due approval of the
Secretary, Sabha (Four days field work attendance is mandatory for Updesh applicants).
As per need
b. Satsangis of permitted Zone who want to come for seva in Dayalbagh Agriculture field, may plan
to come for 10 days overlapping the aforesaid period of Bhandara , with due advance permission.

B) Permitted Categories:- Satsangis from Rajasthan, South Bihar (i.e. Satsang District of
Bhagalpur-Banka-Katihar-Purnea, Bhojpur-Rohtas-Buxar, Gaya-Navada-Aurangabad, Munger, and
Jharkhand i.e. Satsang District of Ranchi-Palamau, Hazaribagh-Bokaro-Jamshedpur, Dhanbad-Giridih,
Santhal Pargana (excluding Patna-Nalanda Satsang Districts) will participate in this Bhandara in
Dayalbagh.
Besides the above, the licensees of the houses of Dayalbagh and Sabha’s quarter at Dayal
Nagar and non-resident licensees of Dayalbagh, along with their spouses and Children & their spouses
and dependent children, members of the Sabha & Regional Presidents with their spouses and Regional
Secretaries only, are permitted to attend the Bhandara in Dayalbagh, if they wish and intimate
Secretary Sabha in advance.
Persons other than those from permitted zone should not come to Dayalbagh during this period
unless they obtain special written permission from the Secretary, Radhasoami Satsang Sabha, in
advance. Every Satsangi of permitted zone can stay five days in Dayalbagh, except those, specially
permitted by Secretary, Sabha, to stay longer.
